Robin W. A. Rodger has practised as a Certified Management Consultant since 1983 and Editor of Canadian Marine Publications since 1986. He was also the Director of the Commerce Program at Dalhousie University and has lectured in agri-food marketing. As a market researcher he has conducted many fisheries and food studies for industry and government.
