The Hockey Player is a novel about a young man in love with the world's fastest game: hockey. He tries not to get pulled back into the game but when he reluctantly makes the team, switching to his left hand and playing on rusty skates, he begins to pull the rag tag team together and gets them headed for the playoffs. But along the way this girl learns the secret of who is and where he has come from. The Hockey Player is a book as fast as the game of hockey itself and will be a great read for young and old hockey fans alike.
