My prayers are that my book will inspire people to change their lives completely. The pages in this book have been prayed over with the laying on of my hands and anointed with my tears, as I cried while writing it. Some parts of the book are sad, and some parts are happy. First, it describes a sad little girl who was verbally and mentally abused, who was made to feel bad, with low self-esteem. She was humiliated, unloved, unwanted, and uneducated, but she had to work. She prayed to God for His help.

The second part of this book tells about a happy young woman who met God and then met the love of her life. She married at age seventeen and has been married now for fifty-nine years, with five lovely daughters. The greatest thing that happened to her is she met God at the age of eighteen. She loves the Lord!

Lorine Newton-Hargrave is the pride Author of her first book titled, Giving Honor First to God! Subtopic You Can't Hurry God! As you read about her life, you will see that she came from a dysfunctional family who lived in the rural South, with 10 siblings. Although she had a hard life, she is happy while telling her story. At times there was violence, pain, sadness, sickness and death. In the midst of it all there was some happy times, as well. She tells about her nursing career, her life taking care of developmentally disable children, and happy times with her husband for 58 years. Her life starting out hard, but has grown with her being very satisfied with the progress she's made, and is still successfully making. Her husband is a successful pastor of a small Church, and happy with it. She is a co-owner of an academy that she founded in 1985. Although she is still struggling with the academy, she has helped numbers of children and their parents. All of her suffering and hard work has been volunteered. Everybody calls her Mother Hargrave, because she has a mothers' spirit. She never thought she would be a Nurse, a State Licensed Care Provider for disabled clients (of which she kept for fifteen years), a Pastor's wife, a District Missionary, and a Co-owner of a State Licensed School. She gave her heart to God at an early age. She loves God, and she loves doing His work, as she says all the time, "there's nothing like it" She didn't have the opportunity to attend school, as she desired, but look at what the Lord has done. Thank you Jesus!
