Reseña del editor:
Revenge. Unrequited love. Spirituality Desmond Anderson, an honor student and nationally recognized four-sport athlete with a future destined for greatness, is dealt an unjust hand. Sentenced to a prison in the Deep South in the 1960s for a crime he did not commit, he must learn to overcome the emotional shackles of the 40-year incarceration when he returns to the city of his birth. Desmond's attempts to pull the once riot-torn, now crime-ravaged urban community to new heights are challenged by corrupt individuals who will stop at nothing to thwart his efforts. Haunted by the memories of his youthful indiscretions---including sexual liaisons and a murder charge---Desmond travels along a walk of faith that leads him through a treacherous storm in this suspenseful and gripping novel, written with compassion and joy by spiritual author Marc Curtis Little.
