Reseña del editor:
Book Three of the Gentle Tara Tales. Gentle Tara's beloved grandmother has died, leaving her an intriguing bloodstone locket. More importantly, Tara has been kidnapped! She knows not by whom, but she must escape. The Butter-Fly is off looking for more of the Last Ones. Fortunately, she does have old friends and new working to help her. What could be the meaning of this evil plot? This edition includes the Tales Epilogue. Edited by Kevin Babcock, published on February 3, 2012.
Biografía del autor:
"A public service announcement for anyone who has only known Rob for two minutes or so: Rob is made of contrary atoms. Whatever makes perfect sense to you, he will immediately (and with surprisingly little indication of artifice or irony) assert the opposite. Does he really believe what he says? Probably, because he's made of contrary atoms. Will it do any good to argue? Probably not, but sometimes you are compelled to do so, because his assertions seem so patently unfounded and indefensible. Has he really thought it through? Hard to say, because he will defend it to the death no matter what. I for one celebrate the contrary atoms of Rob. Who's with me?"--James Lee Phillips, friend of Robert since 1985 Robert Peate (1970-) was born in Smithtown, New York, was graduated from Oswego High School in 1987, and was awarded his BA in Psychology by the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1992. In 2006 a photograph he took of the Ambassador Hotel appeared on the *Oprah Winfrey Show*, and in 2010 his article "Are Times Hard, or Are We?" appeared in the *Oregon English Journal*. That same year he became a high-school English teacher and accepted a teaching position on the island of Saipan. He currently lives with his wife and two children in Oregon City, Oregon, where he continues to write.
