Michael Chandler is a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces and an analyst for the Federal Government. He has been writing for various audiences for over twenty years. He is a distinguished graduate of the Air National Guard Noncommissioned Officers Academy, has served as a junior Army NCO in Bosnia and crewed the USS Enterprise. He has been awarded the Army Commendation and Pennsylvania Commendation Medals.
