Another finds some peace in the act of herding animals out of a suburban street. And finally, the stories come full circle, when a woman returns home to a second funeral during a cold Midwestern winter.

Jamey Genna teaches writing in the Bay area of San Francisco. She received her Masters in Writing from the University of San Francisco. Her short fiction, flash fiction, and creative nonfiction has appeared in many fine literary magazines both on-line and in print.
