Biografía del autor:
Susan Carter Payne grew up in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, and still resides in Virginia with her husband, two sons, and the family labradoodle. Susan has won numerous writing contests, and has published poetry, memoir, short stories and essays in various anthologies. She is a small business owner, writer, and fiber artist. When not writing or creating art, she can be found hiking, canoeing, or photographing the great outdoors. While her creativity is fed by nature, she relies on human experience as subject and draws on emotional depth. Basically, Susan Payne writes because she must. It is as much a part of her as breathing. She writes in search of something not visible to the eye. Susan Payne pens her thoughts at The Water Witch's Daughter and showcases her nature photography and poetry at Poetry of the Water Witch's Daughter. Her fiber art can be found at The Renegade Stitcher. She lives by the motto look, listen, and create.
