Reseña del editor:
Tap Dancing to Work describes a data-based, collaborative system that starts with, "What do you and your students need?" and "How can your colleagues help?" Imagine what it would be like to work in a school where the primary role of assessment is to inform and improve your instruction. Imagine a school where everyone believes, just like barn raising, teaching students and school improvement are jobs too big for a single teacher to handle.
