Cara J. Terrance born and raised in Panama City, Florida is an up and coming author, speaker, writer, and advancing leader. She is the Founder and CEO of Youthful Soul Enterprises, LLC a successful creative writing company committed to empower men and women across the world to discover their purpose and pushing them to gaining true understanding and acceptance of who they are. She has a KEEP IT MOVIN movement that gives light to the dark times in the lives of God’s people. Pushing them to create a new mindset towards living in this world and keeping it movin no matter what comes their way. Cara works as a Career Manager for the Royal American Management Welfare Transition Program. As well as being the Youth Ministry Director for the Yes Lord Deliverance Ministries Church of God In Christ affiliated. She has a Master of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and she has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management both from Troy University. She has over 10 years of extensive and advanced experience in human resources, program development and management, training, business consulting and coaching, team building, and leadership development.
