Randall Wallace Baxter BS Education University of Tennessee College Instructor at the End of the Vietnam War Era First became involved with Veterans as they came to exercise their GI Bill Benefits in the Mid 70's. After leaving the education arena, I became an agent for the New York Life Insurance Company, and eventually opening my own general brokerage service known as Asset Positioning Services, LLC. In 2010, the opportunity to write, produce and host the Radio program, "The Veteran Next Door" became available and this led to becoming a Volunteer Veteran Advocate helping war era veterans learn about and obtain the benefits under the Non-Service related Disability Benefit with Aid and Attendance. The success of the Radio program led to the culmination of stories you will be reading in this book.
