With over 30 years as a health care provider, Mara Williams, RN, MSN, ANP has been helping people to achieve a greater level of health and well-being. Attaining a Masters in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Certificate allowed Mara to expand her ptactice and eventually specialize in Integrative Care and treating people with Tick Borne Disease(TBD). Additionally, Mara uses her empathic ability to help clear her clients energeticaly so that healing can take place. Now she is developing plans for a healing center, Inanna House, for chronically ill people, especially those with TBD, to receive supportive care so that they can undergo treatment necessary to get well. Based upon a new paradigm in healing and health care, Innana House will integrate the best of all health modalities to achieve optimum results for each client, which includes a body, mind, and spirit connection and reintegration. Mara was motivated to write this book because her 36 year old daughter is gravely ill with Chronic Lyme Disease. She has seen firsthand how the current Western health care system has failed in treating these infections and marginalized people because they don't understand the complexity of TBD. In fact, they fail to recognize them.
