Richard Mabe is a coach and writer who stakes no claim to a particular religion or political party. He loves people and his essence is coaching so he likes to be called Coach Rick. He loves to sit one on one with a person and help them to answer questions they have. He also loves facilitating gatherings of people for sharing challenges and developing solutions. He gets a real sense of value when he is speaking to a crowd of people who feel his love and get his message. His work experience has included nuclear power, home construction, real estate title, organization development, Department of Defense, Job Corps Career Transition Manager and of course, coach and writer. He has learned through years of living and experience that we are all equally deserving of honesty, openness and pure love when interacting with our fellow human beings and our planet. Additionally, he has learned that every person has an essence they were designed to experience in this lifetime. It is a wonderful thing when a person discovers who they were meant to be. Richard feels compelled by his essence to share what he has learned and to coach people to navigate their way to their essence. He considers himself to be a normal man with a wife and six children and nine grandchildren. His desire is that he will leave the world a better place for his children and grandchildren to grow safely and happily. In his life he has also had experiences that have given him a unique and broad spectrum of understanding about peoples' challenges and triumphs.
