Being raised in rural, central Minnesota became Lynn Salisbury's muse for the locations in almost all of her books. Her love of theology inspires her writing that does and doesn't revolve around her favorite home state. Having spent many years studying various faiths and spiritual beliefs from around the world Lynn loves to combine a curious mind with the ever elusive "what if...?" questions of spirit and devotion - not always in a pleasant and or accepted manner. Lynn is the proud mother of three amazing daughters, three wonderful step-children and grandmother to 10 grandchildren between the 6 of them. Lynn also credits her mother for instilling in her a love of books, her brother for always having an opinion that makes her think and her loving husband who supports her no matter what. Lynn took to heart the very inspirational words of one of her favorite authors, "Don't write what you know - write what you want to read." From that point on she continues to come up with ideas, some realized and some still forming in her mind's world, for books that she would like to read.
