He was the leader in developing moisturizing alcohol-based hand sanitizers, demonstrating the effectiveness of this core technology—an idea that challenged conventional thinking. He championed a technology that grew into one of the leading instrument disinfectants used in hospitals around the world and he was instrumental in the development of another innovative antimicrobial technology for catheter sites that became a major weapon in preventing hospital-acquired infections. His high performing teams developed new technologies that were the basis of significant market-changing innovations. Jerry has recently used his experiences to create enhanced productivity solutions for mobile devices and cutting-edge, web-based, educational development methods for companies that hope to become industry leaders of innovation.
