Biografía del autor:

Ruth Kolbjornsen Nybro was born on Staten Island to a family of Norwegian merchant mariners and carpenters, and later raised her own family in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York. After graduating from Luther College and The Johns Hopkins University, she spent many years as a teacher, administrator, and instructional designer.

Currently retired, Nybro resides in Silver Spring, Maryland, with her dog, Doc Holiday, and enjoys frequent visits from her grandchildren Lydia, Gabrielle, Charlotte, and Henry.
