Ang Cheng Guan is Associate Professor and Head, Humanities and Social Sciences Education Academic Group of the National Institute of Education (HSSE/NIE) and Adjunct Senior Fellow of the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
