La sede originaria è sita in Corte Sant'Ilario, presso il duomo di Gorizia. Fin dalla nascita LEG ha operato parallelamente come libreria al dettaglio, libreria antiquaria e casa editrice, nell'ambito storico (in particolare storia locale e militare), saggistico e narrativo.
Nel 1992 la sede principale trasloca in Corso Verdi. A partire dagli anni novanta la libreria antiquaria partecipa a fiere antiquarie di carattere nazionale e internazionale (Milano, Stoccarda, Zurigo, Londra e Parigi) e trova nuova sede nel 2005 in un magazzino retrostante la libreria, appositamente restaurato e incorniciato da un giardino interno.
La libreria Leg Antiqua si trova a Gorizia e tratta principalmente libri antiche e stampe del periodo dal XV al XX secolo. La libreria Leg Antiqua dispone di stampe originali, libri d?arte, cartoline antiche e articoli da collezione, ed è sempre disponibile per valutare l'acquisto di biblioteche e singole opere. La libreria Leg Antiqua ha una particolare specializzazione nell'ambito della cartografia e delle stampe a soggetto torico.
