This Scottish-born physician was a long-time, radical member of Parliament and achieved fame primarily for his numerous predictions of national disasters. ALS, 2pp, 4 3/4" X 7 3/4", n.p., 1832 November 21. Addressed to Thomas Fyfe. Very good. Recommends a fellow radical parliamentarian for an unnamed position: "I am much gratified by the prospect you hold out of Major Beauclerks success.
