A tight and attractive volume (unspecified limited edition) in "The Collector's Library of the World's Best-Loved Books" -- with choice and unusual autograph addition: This copy extra-illustrated with unique added frontispiece consisting of a reproduction of a cartoonist's 1938 renderings of the stars of the 1937 MGM film version of this book, Freddie Bartholomew and Spencer Tracy, for the Disney film "Mother Goose Goes Hollywood" -- and tipped beneath this 5½" X 4½" image is a fine vintage signature of Bartholomew in bold green ink on a heavy stock 3" X 2" card.
