Of a total edition of 150 copies, this is one of 15 unnumbered copies specially bound in quarter leather and housed in a cloth-covered box together with a paper portfolio of a suite of individually signed relief engravings by Barry Moser. Book is signed by both Updike and Moser. Fine, without dust jacket, as issued. Uncommon in the hardcover issue, and especially uncommon in this, the one of 15 copies with leather spine and the suite of Moser's works of art. Fine condition. Also laid in is the folded sheet distributed at the memorial service for the publisher, William Ebert.
