Very good. $2,250.00 Contract between Brando and Taputuarai Teari for the construction of a house in Teriaroa beginning on 30 October 1972, to be completed in three weeks. 50% of the cost to be paid with signing of this document and the balance within 30 days of completion. Beginning in 1970 Brando arranged for the construction of various small house, kitchen hut and dinning hall on the property. The master architect was Bernard Judge whom Brando retained to develop a master plan for Teriaroa. See Peter Manso "Brando" pages 694-695.
