Accomplished by Jonie Taps and signed by Nazarro. 11" x 8 1/2". Very good (soft creases). Jonie Taps (1908-1997) was a producer; "The Eddy Duchin Story" and other films. Note pencil notation at upper right corner "Suspended 12/20/52; reinstated 12/21/52." Possibly for non payment of dues.
