An illustrated folder measuring 9 in. x 11 � in. Title label pasted on front cover. When opened, three sections appear: the left section has a table of contents. The right section is blank. In the middle are two flaps making a form of envelope in which are 17 pages of quality paper, on each of which is printed a poem. Also included in this copy are two photographs of a woman (probably the author) and a small postal envelope with a personal note written by the author to an acquaintance.
