Freas drawing illustrated the story, "The Man with the Corkscrew Mind" by Stanley Mullen published in "Astounding Science Fiction," Vol. LVIII #6, February 1957, pages 71-91. Known for his science fiction and fantasy art, Freas rendered this black, brown, gray and white drawing on stippled card stock measuring 6 7/8 x 5 1/2 inches.
