This Deluxe Edition had a print run of 100 copies, of which this copy is #33. Black leather boards, silver foil titled spine, black endpapers, red silk ribbon, no jacket as issued. Original sculpture by Snelling contained in a plastic sleeve as well as the book are contained in a velvet lined blue leather tray case that has a silver foil title spine, Lisa Snelling art on top, and a black silk pull cord.
