Hawkins was Updike's editor for his Franklin Library publications. Marrry Me was their first collaboration. Also includes the publisher's "Notes from the Editors" booklet illustrated by David Blossom. The booklet has faint beginning edge toning; the book has a spot of wear on the foreedge gilt and minimal shelfwear (not immediately apparent); it is an unread copy in Near Fine condition.
