Also with the original mailing envelope (illustrated by Alex Garland), addressed to Michael Schmidt at his Carcanet Press in Manchester (Schmidt was the founder, and is the publisher and managing director of this publishing house). Just about fine copy; minor corner bump from mailing, envelope has some mailing transit wear but is fully intact.
