The spine ends are bumped, and there is very minor soiling on the bottom edges of the covers. Tanned pages. The dust jacket is in very good condition, with mild rubbing and age-toning. The edges are lightly chipped, and there is a short closed tear in the bottom edge. The spine is sunned. Inscribed by the author on the half title page.
