10" x 8" typed letter, on Democratic National Committee stationary, dated August 23, 1912-- SIGNED by William McAdoo. McAdoo was an American lawyer and statesman. McAdoo was a leader of the Progressive movement and played a major role in the administration of his father-in-law President Woodrow Wilson. A member of the Democratic Party, he also represented California in the United States Senate.letter is age-toned with some edge wear, a stain in middle and 4 folds.
