Detailed history of these two mining towns in Washington Co., Utah. Illustrated, including two color plates. Author has signed end-paper page and has added and ink comment about uranium mining and there is a pecil map of a section of Silver Reef with buildings identified. Two 5x6 1/2 photographs of the Stormont Mill on the Virgin River and the Barbee Mill at Silver Reef are tipped in to the rear end paper. Also, two printed sheets are tipped in to the volume at places where the author wanted to expand upon a topic.
