This American artist "went native" in 1969, retreating to the Cayman Islands. Signed Postal Cover, 6½" X 3½", n.p., n.y. Single 4-cent "Camp Fire Girls 1910-1960" stamp at upper right. Fine. NOT a First Day Cover, but a mint example of this Oliver-designed stamp affixed to a blank cover -- which Oliver has signed in bold blue ink at lower left, adding "designer" after.
