Signed by the author and the artist on the colophon. The edition was printed using Centaur type on Zerkall paper, and bound at the Smith Settle Bindery. Quarter green leather with cloth covered boards and matching cloth covered slipcase, both the front cover of the book and the front panel of the slipcase having an inset printed label, bottle-green endpapers. Quarto,255 x 275 mm, pp. [64] with 13 images of paintings (including the frontispiece) each, except the frontispiece, with a protective semi-transparent numbered sheet. Delivery methods and periods
