Signed and inscribed by the author to Mrs. Caroline Wallerstein on the front free endpaper. No other evidence of previous ownership. A clean and tight copy in blue cloth boards. A presentation copy to Caroline Riesor Rau--a Chicago socialite and prolific book collector and wife of David Wallerstein-David Wallerstein was the President of the Balaban & Katz movie theater group as well as friends with Ray Kroc and Walt Disney and later served on the Board of Directors of Disney, ABC and McDonalds.
