Volume Two only. FIRST EDITION (SD), INSCRIBED ON THE FRONT FLY ("Dear Margaret Ching: This is the story of us two- and I feel that you are the one who will sense, finely, what it meant.") AND SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR, JACK'S WIDOW, CHARMIAN LONDON who adds "Jack London Ranch, in the 'Valley of the Moon', 1934". Above the inscription is pasted a half-tone photo of a woman on a horse (Charmian, we suppose) and on the verso of the half-title page is pasted a half-tone photo of a bust of Jack London.
