INTERIOR VERY CLEAN. When this book was published, Walt Mason was called "The most widely read writer in the world today," as well as "the Poet Laureate of the American Democracy, & the high priest of horse sense. It was said that he wrote, for thousands of people, in plain, bed-rock vernacular, the very things they have been wanting to say. He wrote for a number of newspapers, including the Detroit Free Press. Apparently he was born a Canadian, had strong ties to Kansas, and was syndicated across the United States. Much on Walt Mason can be learned by googling his name. This is a VERY RARE and handsome piece of Americana. Online booksellers show only a handful of copies available, NONE with a Dustjacket and NONE that are SIGNED by the author himself. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 500551
