Landy was a veteran of the film industry and writer of the 1931 film Sidewalks of New York. He also worked as a literary agent, and was married to the American dancer and actress Kathrine McGuire. Bound in publisher's original pale blue cloth with navy stamping. Near Fine with fading to cloth at spine and edges, news clipping taped to rear pastedown. In a Very Good+ unclipped dust jacket with toning at the spine and edges, light soiling, light edge wear with shallow chipping.
