Nice copy in its first printing. Scarce. His first three hardcover books were all Westerns and have yet to be surpassed. Unmarked, tight and square. Signed neatly by author on bookplate laid in. Reddish brown boards clean with pretty sharp tips and darker brown lettering and illustration on front board of lit dynamite. Crimped spine ends. Price intact jacket is bright and clean with only light wear. Many of Leonards books have been used in film notably Hombre, 3:10 to Yuma, Out of Sight, Jackie Brown, Get Shorty and Valdez is Coming.
