First Edition. Foolscap 8vo (6.75 x 4 ins); pp [iv] + 120. Handsomely bound in full dark red morocco, by Riviere, with oval gilt armourial motif to front board and five floral motifs to spine each set within its own panel, of which there are six, separated by raised bands and gilt rules, second panel from top contains gilt title lettering. Double gilt rules around outer edges of boards with four cornerpieces. Wide gilt turn-ins, with offsetting to opp endpaper. All edges of the pages gilt. Bonding signed by Riviere at bottom left corner on verso first front endpaper. A collection of parodic poems by popular poets, including Tennyson and Browning.
