4to. 55pp. Half-leather over green cloth with gilt lettering a device to the front board and gilt lettered spine. Leather a little rubbed at the corners and spine head, spine sunned, two bookplates and a bookseller's ticket to the front endpapers. The first bookplate is that of James Hamilton Russell on front paste down, with his motto: "che sara sara," with Russell's purple stamp of an antelope at the bottom of the title page under the date and his signature at the head of the limitation page. Edition of 300, this is no. 109, signed by R. Gerard. Errata slip. Illustrated with a map of South Africa, The Union Coat of Arms of South Africa and eight plates of flags. Very light foxing, mostly to the fore-edge margins but overall a good clean copy. Bestandsnummer des Verkäufers 43150
