This book contains the families of some 3,400 winners of races between 1940 and 1980 as featured in the Australian and New Zealand Year Books together with all Australasian bred 2-00 performers. There is an additional section which provides details of sires and broodmare sires together with a sire line chart of all represented stallions tracing their connection to Hambletonian 10. The comprehensive index lists some 9,000 horses with reference to their respective foundation mares. It is all about the better standard-bred performers.
