Ada Jackson was an English poet who was awarded the Greenwood Prize Poem for1943 with her poem Behold the Jew. Thomson (1900?1980) was director of the BBC's Scottish Region from October 1926 to April 1933. Dust jacket and frontis by the artist Michael Ayrton. The book is in very good condition with no inscriptions other than the poet's.
