Completed by Heinrich Rheinstrom in Paris in May 1939, in collaboration with Konrad Wolff, both of whom were Jewish German lawyers expelled shortly after the rise of the Nazis to power. This book serves as a meticulous report on the new legislation and legislative changes implemented following the establishment of the Third Reich. The author meticulously documents the plethora of laws, decrees, directives, guidelines, and regulations enacted between 1933 and 1939, progressively restricting the civil and human rights of German Jews.
