Beschreibung

Scottish vernacular poetry with a few short tales and humourous anecdotes at the end section of the book. There are also poems on sporting subjects with a section on football and one on cycling. The author is from Larkhall in Lanarkshire. Inscibed by author in pencil 'To Mr & Mrs Anderson with the author's compliments June 21 1895 Wm. Stewart'. The books boards are very discolored from exposure to water. The spine is only slightly affected, but is darkened.
