First edition, first printing, signed with inscription, "For Donald, For you are my only continually articulate conversationalist in all this Reclusiveness, Blessings, Stan" and dated October 25, 1972 at the top of the page. Presumably inscribed to Donald Richie who was the Curator of Film at the Museum of Modern art, and ran an exhibition on Brakhage's work in April 1971, as well as researching for a book about him that was ultimately unpublished. Book is small quarto, 65 pages, black leatherette covers with gilt titles. Very faint instance of rubbing to head and foot of spine, else absolutely fine. Satisfaction guaranteed.
