Gilt-stamped, leather-covered boards, all edges gilt, satin pagemarker and tissue insert for the signature page. "Notes from the Editors" booklet laid-in as issued. In the publisher's original stiff paper case with gold foil label and foam padding. The foil lable has been lifted which caused a short tear and an abrasion under it on the carton.
