Fabriano, Italy, mould made water marked paper, by Fritz Peters, at Ruttle, Shaw & Wetherill, Inc., in Philadelphia. SIGNED dedication by the author to the limitation page 'For The Headmaster, Ducie Avenue School, from an old pupil [1892-1900] Milton Hayes, Hotel Astoria, Nice, March 9th 1937. Separately enclosed is a SIGNED single sheet note from the author 'For Robert J. Stephenson, with happy memories of 40 years ago from Milton Hayes, Nice 19th March, 1937.'
