Neat gift inscription from the author to Sir Israel Gollancz dated Easter 1930. Tipped onto front pastedown is a letter from the author to Gollancz asking of his health and commenting on the enclosed book. Sir Israel Gollancz 1863-1930 a Proffessor of Ehglish at Kings College London and uncle to publisher Victor Gollancz. The dust wrapper has age toned to spine and edges.
