Endpapers sound and book is internally clean, unmarked and tightly bound. Dust jacket is in rough shape: while almost complete save for a 2" x 3/4" loss of paper on the rear panel extending onto the spine panel and a price-clip, it has tears (some of which are reinforced on the outside by clear tape), darkening of the spine panel, and other minor defects. Published simultaneously with the Canadian edition. 189 pages with index. Signed by author (signature only) on the half title page. [Cave A 169].
