Catalogue of 70 works in various media, with notes by the artist on selected works, sprinkled with quotations from various sources. With three appendices: the title-page of a book published in London in 1894, a photograph of George Bellows, and a bibliographical note on the writer Hamlin Garland! American expatriate artist resident in Britain since 1957 and a major figure on the British art scene.
